Chad is AHIT-Certified (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and has completed the AHIT Master Courses. He is a member of InterNACHI and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Chad graduated from University of Massachusetts at Boston with a B.S. in Business Finance. He has worked extensively in the field of residential construction. He owned and operated a flooring company for 13 years and worked several years as a general contractor. Chad has an eye for detail and looks forward to using his extensive training and experience to give his clients a better understanding of the property they are considering making their own.
